Most user friendly app that I've used

OdeliCarlsson76

There are very few apps that convert speech to text as effectively as this app does. It has been so well designed and is the most user friendly app that I've used.

No possibility of mistakes

schowalter.bernita

I finished all of my work instantly and in a very short time because of the app. It is so easy to use and doesn't make any mistakes when it comes to the transcription so that I don't have to recheck any of them.

A lot cool features

Cynthia M Heflin

The app let’s me record any call I want and lets me makes notes from the important calls at work. The app has a number of different unique features that are really helpful.

Understanding other people's words

Marie C Hicks

The app is a great tool for anyone with any kind of difficulty to speak and communicate with others. It is great for such people's convenience by converting speech to text

No need to hire an additional clerk

Kurtis C Flynn

The app has been extremely helpful any time I need something transcribed. I don't have to hire a clerk just to complete my transcriptions anymore.

Great app

Audio cuts out when screen cuts off this would be perfect if that didn’t happen

Apple Watch app?

Downloaded this app, see it on my phone, but can’t find it on my watch

Inability to transcribe

Roberge3

Unfortunately every time I attempt to submit a recording for machine transcription the app crashes. I reached out for help but have not heard back. As a result I need to manually transcribe the hour long recording. The recording sounds great, but I went with this app for the transcription service so it’s pretty disappointing

Confused about pricing and it’s high

I just downloaded the free version to try out. So I’m not going to comment on the app itself. What I am commenting on is the pricing shown in the apps store. It says: Pro Version - $12.99 Then I assume the call recording you have to pay either weekly, monthly or yearly? And I think if this is true the pricing on just recording calls is way to high. Then it lists Pro Version - $8.99 (I think, I can’t get back to the screen to check for sure while I am writing a review) Is this 2nd Pro Version for call recording? What do you get with this Pro Version of recording phone calls? And these prices don’t include transcription! (I believe). In the description of the app it notes you have to pay extra, I believe by the minute, for transcription. I think it was $1 per minute but that is only with human transcription. I don’t remember what the other type of transcription, I believe by a computer which is why some reviewers stated there were some errors, cost. I think it would be better to explicitly state in the pricing what each price is for. Their shouldn’t be 2 Pro Version prices without delineating what they are for. Plus the pricing for the 2 different types of transcription services should be there. I also would love it if your app could allow note taking that would coincide with the recording as is done in Notability. (Again, I am saying this without trying the app yet. So maybe it is there.) My problem really is with the pricing being too high and confusing.
