A great app with the latest health information available in one place and right at your fingertips! Perfect for those who are in shape and want to stay that way & for those learning how to most effectively get in shape! Thank you!!
I like this app. Would have enjoyed it more if there were some exercise samples and pictures. I have been introduced to some books featured on the HK website and they are very good. I feel pictures and demonstrations help sell a product. Would definitely recommend "Stretching Anatomy" by Arnold G. Nelson and Jouko Kokkonen. Have a nice day.
