The exercises are great and are moldable for your skill and needs. Like you can do just a few days or every day or 7-10mins or 30 mins. Also the meal plans are killer! Really enjoying it so far.

I have been using this great ap for months and now it is stuck in a never ending loop of an ad with no way to get out and back to program. I tried offloading and reinstalling but same thing happens. Otherwise, this ap has everything I need right at home- just wish I could use it!

Great app lost 5 pounds in 1 or 2 days love the app this get a 5 star wish I could put more stars this is number u need no equipment losing good amount of pound it even gives u a diet on what’s good to eat great app I love this

I used to only to cardio (via treadmills and stationary bikes), but I felt a need for a more full body work out that would help me build muscles. I saw a NOTICEABLE change after using this app everyday for three months. It motivates me to exercise everyday, and the great thing the level is PERFECT for me since you can choose the levels. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS APP!!!
