everything is free which makes it so great! it has workouts targeting everything and shows you how to do it. even better: they give you meal plans! for the 30 days you do the exercises and it tells you exactly what to get from the store. i’ve searched high and low for an app that is free but still helps with my busy schedule. this app is amazing.

I absolutely love this app. It has everything from full body workout, to legs,to arm, to abs, to butt, just everything. After a couple of days may be about three days of working out I completely felt that my body my muscles everything it even gives you a meal plan that you can go off of

As someone who used the paid version of this app, I can honestly say this gives the same results and it’s free. So far, I am at 24 days and I can see results in every aspect. Only critiques would be I would like a section dedicated for the chest work outs and a few more workouts for the biceps. I put in my own bicep workouts afterwards in order to get bicep results. Other than that, following this app will lead to results and definitely worth trying out since it’s free!
