This app is really useful I love how it shows how to do the exercises and it gives easy medium hard options it also gives you brakes and had meal plans I have lost 15 pounds in one week with this app I love it it is awesome

I downloaded this app a few days ago and have been using it everyday so far. It comes with meal plans, vegetarian and regular. You don’t have a time limit for the exercises, so you can go at your own pace. It tracks your weight and tells you if you’re under, over, or perfect weight. It also tells you how long it took for you to complete the exercises. There’s so much in this app that I love ❤️

Most of the apps I have used in the past charge money, but even after an extended period of time I don’t notice many changes. However, this app offers workouts for abs, full body, arms, thighs, butt, etc. and a graph that reflects weight change. It also offers a diet plan which I found useful. Overall, this app is absolutely free and worth the download!

Heeeyy! I barely have time to sit down and schedule a workout but this apps has been helping a lot recently! I work and study full time and barely have time to anything else with this I can squeeze in a little workout every day and also have the reminds that are so helpful with this very light memory I have! I hope that is as helpful to you as it's been to me so far, not to mention I'm already feeling far much more fit.

So I’m 12 and I want abs, so I choose the medium plan and I really liked my dog got in my got in my during workout so I didn’t get to finish but question is does the plan really give you abs if you do this for 30 days? May I have some type of proof or can I speak to someone who has done the plan and has good results please thank you.
