When I first found this app, I was a little suspicious considering it's free. However this app is very sleek and has lots of informational pictures and text.

Builds up too fast

Good app for reminding you to do the exercise but it builds up from an innocent start too fast at beginner level. Day 1 is 15 sit ups; 5 crunches; 5 leg raises; 10 second plank Day 30 is 125 sit ups; 200 crunches; 65 leg raises; 120 second plank Very quickly it was taking me too long to complete the activities.

I love that this app has figured out the best formula to start at the right level and increase the intensity as I increase my strength. I especially appreciate the accountability as well. I started on the first day of a month which made it very easy to know where I am and that I don't miss a day. This app made and continues to make all the difference. Thank you ~

I'm really happy with this app. I'm trying to get back in shape and my tummy is a problem area. After the first day, I could feel my abs. At 3 days in I could feel and see a difference. The exercises even have animated illustrations of how to do the exercises. This is awesome!
