Builds up too fast – 30 Day - Ab Challenge Review
Good app for reminding you to do the exercise but it builds up from an innocent start too fast at beginner level.
Day 1 is 15 sit ups; 5 crunches; 5 leg raises; 10 second plank
Day 30 is 125 sit ups; 200 crunches; 65 leg raises; 120 second plank
Very quickly it was taking me too long to complete the activities.
