This app is awesome! I start so many workout challenges and forget what day I’m on lol. I use this app along with working out 5-6 days a week and I’ve noticed some definition finally! Lol love this app! *this is a real person* lol
Easy to Use Ab App

After noticing that my pants were tight and I hadn’t gained weight, I figured it was time to do some extra core work. I like following a set workout and keeping track of my progress. I am only a week into my 1st challenge so it’s a little too early to comment on results, but so far I am happy with the way the challenges are organized.

I’ve had this app before on my old phone but on the iphone xr I can not click on the first or last column.

Posting this after the iPhone X update. In app calendar, etc are oversized and not displaying properly. Makes the app useless.

I wanted to post a picture with this comment but it wouldn’t let me. I have the iPhone XR and it’s almost like the set up for the app is to in large for my phone. It’s almost like it’s zoomed in, but I can’t zoom out or move it over. I’m not able to even select day one because it off of the screen.
