App doesn’t work

Can not register for the app. I put in my drivers license number and policy number and I get an error every time. Fix this app or else I’ll go with a different insurance company.

Nice but needs smoother payment integration

Nice app all around. However, it would be much better if you updated it so that when I want to make a one-off payment I don’t have to manually enter my payment information. Either sync it with my saved cards in iCloud or integrate it with Apple Pay. Thank you.

There is nothing complex about this app. It’s simple and easy to use, and allows you to access your insurance information with a tap of the finger. 5 stars, easy.

I don’t know where to begin with how bad this App is. The other reviewers are dead on correct with specific things they mentioned and it’s more of frustration to use the app than to just get on your PC or Mac and utilize the REGULAR WEBSITE. Save yourself the time and energy. Don’t bother with this. What a waste!

You should really blow it up and start over. If this were 2008, the app may be cool. Functionality is terrible. It’s usefulness? Terrible. Pretty much the only thing I can really use this app for is to pay my bill. Find a new developer and step up your game!

Can’t login! I’ve had to reset my password numerous times! App keeps saying that I have the incorrect password. Absolutely frustrating to say the least.

Only Primary Driver Name on ID Cards

ID cards through the app will only have the primary driver’s name. You must call or login from a computer if you need copies with the other drivers names.
