Doesn’t work

I downloaded this app. I’ve never been able to actually use it. Every time I’ve tried to log in, I get a message that my information cannot be downloaded in a timely manner. Please try again later. Ok, been trying for three days now. How later is “later”?

...it didn’t crash every time I tried to enable Touch ID. :-( Again, though, very useful to have this app so you can show your insurance card anytime!
Cannot log in

They supposedly just updated the app to fix the problem of users not being able to log in but the problem remains. In my case the app just exits after I press the login button.
App crashes

App immediately crashes on my new iPhone 10. I rely on this for proof of insurance and roadside assistance so I find it unacceptable.
Fix the payment feature

I can never make a payment on the app. Please fix this. I end up having to call or wait until I’m home to use my computer to make a payment.
