Paid $4.99 but the game doesn’t work

My child loves this game, but even after paying to unlock all characters, the game freezes or glitches constantly. I’m disappointed that this game doesn’t work.

Not being rude about this but can you make them game like no timer can do whatever you want and yeah please that would be cool and there’s no levels just have fun like does that sound good can you please do that and again not being rude I can’t pass level 1 I’m so confused on it I ate the first guy what your supposed to do I don’t know anything about it I’m deleting it until it’s fixed oh and one more favor please make it able to turn the screen please and thank you hope you have a good and fantastic day
