I believe this an overall good app,due to the various workouts to target areas of your body while getting consistent movement keeping your heart rate up. The only minus is if you are wanting to view the video for the particular exercise there is not a pause option (30sec wkout) while viewing.

I've always been a person who makes excuses to not exercise but using this app has made me a convert to fitness. You can workout at home with no equipment or adjust your workout to any fear that you might have. The app is simple and straightforward to use with just enough information for each workout. I do this every day and sometimes my kids join me. It's often a push to get through the whole set but it's always worth it. The new update with Apple Watch functionality and more options for workouts is really fantastic.

This app is missing really basic features- being able to create your own custom workouts. You can't even pick which exercises to add to a workout - you have to actually shake your phone to switch anything (you can't even push a button!) Worst of all, a number of things are hidden behind an extra paywall. And not like specialized custom training. The app proudly announces that, even after spending money on the app, if you want to unlock ALL of the exercises, you have to do additional purchases. Very frustrating. Wish I had never purchased it

This is a great simple workout app, can be instantly set up to match your equipment (or lack thereof) and your condition, and will grow with you as you improve.

Ive tried many, many apps, programs, etc. None of them have been as diverse, efficient, and simple as this one! Get it, get sexy, get healthy, gain confidence. It won't let you down.

I am not at all in shape but now I do this every morning before my shower. Sometimes I modify the exercises to fit my fitness level or if I am sore in an area from the day before. It gives probably hundreds of ideas for exercises and I can go at my own pace and track my progress. I feel like my heart and body are already stronger for it!! And again it's only 12 minutes. I'm giving it 4 stars because for me, some of the exercises are WAY out of my league. But if one like that comes up I modify (wall push-ups instead of handstand push-ups) or choose a different exercise altogether.
