Love this and it's REALLY only 12 minutes – 12 Minute Athlete Review

I am not at all in shape but now I do this every morning before my shower. Sometimes I modify the exercises to fit my fitness level or if I am sore in an area from the day before. It gives probably hundreds of ideas for exercises and I can go at my own pace and track my progress. I feel like my heart and body are already stronger for it!! And again it's only 12 minutes. I'm giving it 4 stars because for me, some of the exercises are WAY out of my league. But if one like that comes up I modify (wall push-ups instead of handstand push-ups) or choose a different exercise altogether.
