I love this app! It is so easy to use and has everything you need to follow the workout. The timers are automated and integrated into the workout so you don't have to keep track of the intervals. Also, the videos are very helpful if you aren't familiar with an exercise and need some instruction. I like the feature that lets you choose workouts according to equipment you have available, including no equipment/body weight only. This app is worth every penny! For me, this app removes all excuses of not having enough time or the right equipment to do a workout. I can do a 12 minute body weight workout anywhere.

I love the 12 minute athlete app! My kids love doing it with me to! Shake your phone for a new workout. Select if it's body weight only, or add on a jump rope, box, etc Shows how to do an exercise if you don't know You can track your reps & save if you want... Super easy to use. Great blog posts too! Thanks!

This was my 1st paid app. I loved everything about it until today and now it's a paid billboard for Olay brand moisturizer. I'm very disappointed and am signing off my membership. It's nothing personal w/ krista and her hardwork. It's my own beliefs. Thanks for everything 12 minute athlete.
