Their customer service skills were GREAT!! Every time I called them, they always answered and helped me with anything I needed. They even gave me a discount because my order was a month late, even though it wasn’t really their fault, it was the transportation fault.

I’ve been using this service for years and have to say it has been such an asset to me. I started out using 1-800’s online services back in 2011 or so. With my first order back then, I remember thinking to myself that the stress free offer was likely too good to be true and somewhat expected that there would be trouble with the prescription or delivery but—nope! Every order has been filled, delivered and appropriately billed as expected, on time, every time. Its a terrific service that’s been around for a while now—only made better by the App!

App does not let you change credit cards or ask. Just automatically uses old card on file. Can improve here.

I love how convenient and helpful and kind everyone is that works for one 800 contacts. However I wish they had better deals on single boxes and for colored contacts especially. They do add up and it would be nice to save on just one box of $100 lol.Even with a loyalty program I’ve been with them for 15 years. It will be cool to pay half or 60. Thank you 1-800 ?
