Why does this app need access to my user content, location and purchase history??? Is 1-800-contacts running a data-mining side-hustle?

This company is awesome. Along with all the nice people here, the prices and the money backed guarantee says it all! You can not go wrong here! They are five star without a shadow in my vision! You will definitely have 20/20 vision. Perfect.

I love this app. The only thing I don’t like about this app is that the Lens Gauge doesn’t allow you to choose or sync with your time zone. I am usually up really late (past midnight) and when I throw my contacts away, I usually add new lenses in my tracker. My original tracker is great with this, but by the time I wake up in the morning, this app always tells me I only have 13 days instead of 14. Would love if this could be fixed

Any time I’ve had an issue with my order, I’ve called and a HUMAN picks the phone up. No automated menus and no frustration . Very courteous and helpful every time. Highly recommended.

1800 contacts is so easy to use. I head to the app click reorder and bam contacts are en route to my house. Setting up is easy- you can take the free online quiz then 1800 contacts will verify your rx and send your contacts right to your door. I don’t know what I’d do without them!

I was pleasantly surprised that all my previous information was still here…plus all my banking info was updated…plus it was very easy to upload my new prescription. THANK YOU!!

No ability to browse contacts, live chat, change payment to Afterpay. Accidentally ordered contacts and automatically used old address even though put in new one. Had to web site to really do anything. Trash app.

I needed a new Rx. I added the new Rx, but when I was ready to order, it included my last prescription with the new prescription. If I had not been paying close attention, I would have ended up both prescriptions. Then when I zeroed out the quantity of the old Rx, it gave warnings.
