Frustrating

It ridiculous trying to get the slider in the exact amount. Should be able to input a number.

The new sliders are terribly difficult to use and it is difficult to enter the numbers in manually. Also, please allow us to enter i the yearly tax price instead of percentage. No one knows the tax percentage but they know how much they pay. Worst update ever.

I have used the AP a long time and now I go in and find you have done an update and delivered without input - it’s crappy - changing rates and terms is challenging and even worse doing on the fly estimates is difficult Heading over to the AP store to find something like what you used to be

It’s prettier, but you can’t type in actual taxes. You have to use a percentage. Tax bills are not as a percent, and playing with the slider to be slightly close is annoying. That one little tweak would make it a 5.

Changes are awful.

I had the crash issue that people are referring to in the reviews, but it was quickly (15 min response time) addressed by an email conversation with the developer (kind enough to leave contact info in the update section for the app). Amazing customer service. Very impressive app!

This app works great. You can turn off the insurance and HOA fees to just see simple P.I. payments.
