This is the first calculator I have found that allows for inclusion of sporadic extra payments to be calculated into the amortization calendar. Very clear and easy to use! Love it!

Ads make it unusable

As placement on the app now cover options and items to review. I understand that a free app needs a revenue source, but the ad placement renders it useless. Had to delete after the update to find a new one.

I downloaded the top ten results for mortgage calculators and this one is the only one I kept. It’s perfect for what I need and is easy to use. I like that you can save certain extra payment scenarios and I have not seen that functionality in most other apps. Thank you!

This is an outstanding app for that person interested in a real time quote of current rates. The amortization schedule is a must have for that person interested in combining a mortgage with a heloc in order to pay off in 5-7 years
