Frustrated LO
I have decided to delete this app after using it for the past 2 years. As a mortgage banker in New York, I found this app easy to use and even suggested it to clients to download. Now, I can’t seem to click the buttons right. I need to press the year button at least 6 times before I can get it to bring up the keyboard. It’s so frustrating. Change it back and I may come back. But for now, I’m done!

I agree, app went from great to terrible. I downloaded a different one as the updated version is not usable.....

Great and easy to use app, but it seems the only way to input annual property tax is as a percentage. That number varies widely from area to area and where I live isn’t readily available. Why not give the option (or make it the standard) of imputing the actual tax amount, since it’s always readily available?!

Now instead of just putting in the Property tax in Dollar amount it’s now a % this app is now trash !!!

This was such a nice simple little app. Put in your numbers; get a result. Modify to see your options. Unfortunately the "update" makes all the numbers you input into a percentage of the other numbers. If you know your downpayment, you want to see what you can afford. But since the downpayment is now recalculated as a percentage, it adjusts as you change the home price. Sigh. Off to find a new app.

Slaters frustratingly sensitive very hard to get an exact amount to stay put especially for the mortgage amount. Otherwise it seems fine. I gave it a three because the app caused frustration.

This app used to be nice, They recently updated and now showing property tax as a percentage. This is very annoying and does not make sense. Dear developer ,please change back to show $ amount instead of percentage. Otherwise I will have to shop for another app.
