Terrible, But Improved (See Edit)

Believe what you read in all these other very bad reviews. The app interface is awful. I have had to call MacWorld for each issue of the last 6 months just to be able to download. And the content has slipped as well. There is still enough good reading there to make me regret my decision to cancel my subscription, but not enough to change my mind. After so many years of enjoyable print magazines, and a few months of decent digital, I'm saying goodbye to all the hassle. Edit-June 1, 2017 Just got email notice that with the June issue there is a major change in format in the Macworld magazine. I had no problem with downloading this time. I am hoping this fix is as good as it looks from my initial experiences. I wish that customer service, with whom I spoke every month for last six as mentioned above, had told me that a fix was coming. I might have been a little more tolerant and patient. Adding back a couple of stars.
Does not work on iPad Pro 10.5

This app will not display MacWorld on my new iPad Pro 10.5. I deleted the app and purchased MacWorld through Zinio. Macworld displayed perfectly on Zinio.
Sign in again??

It's bad enough that you have two avenues to view your Macworld subscription: Macworld and Zinio. Both should work I guess. Why does this app keep asking me to "subscribe" or to "sign in" when I AM SIGNED IN and I DO HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION? I don't usually use all caps, but when I do I mean it. Please fix this. Ask me to subscribe, or rather, renew my subscription when it's time to do so thank you very much.
Buggy and unreliable

Very few months am I able to get new issue on first try. I sign in and request refresh and although I get lots of other things from Apple Store, mac world most often says unable to connect. Sometimes only 1-2 weeks after issue out am I able to view it. Not clear why sometimes works and most often doesn't. Sign in for subscribers is a real issue.

Like so many other subscribers, I have to agree that this is one DISMAL app. It would have been great to give it less than one star. How can an APP be so bad? Get your act together MacWorld.

Cannot tell you how many times I've had to have them reset my password. I used to really like getting Macworld.

How ironic that a magazine about technology is so inept at the technology of presenting content. . . As stated by another reviewer: "I used to enjoy reading the magazine."
Pages won't load

My pages won't load just spins with page title showing. Have deleted and reinstalled twice. No joy.

I subscribed to Macworld and would like to be able to actually read it. But this app won't load any of the articles. It does, however, display the ads quite readily. It's a shame that a good magazine can't do any better than this.
