Amazing game and app!

This game is so much fun. It's beautiful, runs smoothly, and all of the expansions are well worth downloading! Every aspect of the app is so thoughtfully crafted, from the visuals to all of the audio effects. Can't recommend it enough. And to top all that off, the developers are so nice and responsive!

Simply put, this app is flawless. The game itself endlessly fun and enjoyable. Moreover, the level of care and polish is astounding. Every sound, animation, graphic placement — it's all done with such thoughtful intention. This is an example of what you get when you combine a great idea with brilliant developers who love what they do.
Misleading

What on earth? It says up to five members in the family can share this app. It doesn’t say it has to be on the same device. How misleading. Good for iPad but not for couples who want family sharing on their individual phones. iPad is worth it as it’s interactive but it should state that you can’t actually share the game.
Great game. Can’t play with android.
A tired customer
The game works fine, but if you bought this to play with your friends like I did, make sure you all have the same phones. Otherwise, this is a huge waste of 10$. Thanks a ton, guys, for not mentioning this fact anywhere on your page, or even in your FAQ. I want a refund.
Excellent but...

Game is one of the best made mobile games. BUT you cannot play against random online opponents AND a friend at the same time, leaving me stuck with only strangers or just one on one with my single friend who owns the game!
I can't Send my Chat Messages

Latest review: I initially rated this app 1 Star then changed it to 4star. I was pretty upset but now i'm happy that my chat is back.. I contacted app support previously cos I Found out that they muted my chat cos of harrassing msgs sent to other players. I found out that my roommate used my ipad and were sending those msgs. Had to take it away and deleted the app from my ipad to prevent it from happening again. After reporting and explained what happened to the app developer, they quickly fixed the issue. I am grateful for understanding and responding in a timely manner. The only opportunity for this app is to ensure that customers are getting an email notification when our chat is muted so we can identify the reason sooner. If there's one sent to mine, i never really received one. Overall, this app is addicting. I love it. I am using xbox but there are hardly any players playing there. ---------------------------- Prior Review: I want you to pls tell me what's going on. I tried to send messages but it won't let me. My opponents can send me messages but i can't chat back. I Deleted the app and reinstalled and still n issue .
Predictive AI!

Hello! At least once every a game the computer player will place a piece that will instantly block the very NEXT piece I get. The AI will suddenly deviate from its normal “style” of play, and as soon as it does the above will happen. It knows what tile I’m getting next. Please, please, please undo this. Or at least tell us why you think it’s needed. I’ve deleted the game a few times now because of this. And silly me, I forget this happens, or hope the developers have fixed it, so after a while I miss the game and download it again only to have it happen to me in my very first return game. There is no way a real player would CONSISTENTLY be able to do this. It happens whether the available tiles are hidden or viewable. Also, could you please add a speed control option to make the end-game scoring proceed more quickly? Or a feature to give me the final score instantly? Thank you! A great game otherwise, but these two features keep me from playing it more often. Oh, and some of the buttons and tabs are quite misleading for new players. Not as easy to discern what an “internet” game is. Technically that can be with my friends or other remote players, but for you it very specifically means one or the other.
Sound problems

There is a static noise after almost every sound effect in the game. I once got rid of it by restarting but it soon came back even at low volumes. Is it just me?? I had to switch off sound effects completely. Also for a $10 app I wasn’t expecting to pay $2 for additional content.

Update: my husband figured out how to regain access to my account. Still disappointed that the makers of the game never responded to my request for help, though. Original review: I can't recover my account after deleting and reinstalling the app. It tells me it will send email and never does. I also sent email to the developers asking for help and have received no response. I have bought all expansions except one, and now I'm upset to be out all that money and have lost access to my games, my in-game friends, and my ELO rating. Thanks a lot. By the way, I'd happily give five stars if you could fix this and I can play as myself again. Otherwise, I guess I'm disappointed that you just don't care.
