Login trouble – fred’s Pharmacy Review

Can't seem to login on the mobile app,but just fine on the website,keep getting error try again message,no help from app support!!!!! Then was told by support to just use web site, why make an app if you don't know how to fix its problem,don't recommend app!!!!!!!!!!!
