It is sad that they have done 95% of this app well but the 5% they did not is very frustrating. Don’t ever forget your username and password. It will be nearly impossible to recover it.

Can’t even get logged in to the app. Selected forgot password option which is Supposed to get you an email with info on changing it. Tried twice with several weeks between- still NO email!! Frustrations...

I just downloaded this app on mine and my husband’s phone. Neither of us could log in because it wouldn’t take our passwords. This is on two phones so it’s the app. I’m very disappointed. I would give it no stars if I could.
App doesn’t work

I downloaded the app to get the rewards savings but it won’t let me create an account even though I put all the info in the prompts. Then when I tried to report it through the app, the “send” option never was highlighted so I can send it. Pretty much worthless.

I never leave reviews but I feel I have to warn anyone thinking about getting this one. 1. The app will not remember your user name. 2. The app logs you off every time you do anything. And since the app doesn’t remember your username you have to enter everything again every time you do anything. 3. It is impossible to tell which prescriptions you have already ordered. 4. You cannot refill a prescription by it’s given name. You have to know the medical name for every medicine. Which is just annoying. 5. The app has a horrible interface and looks like it was designed in the 80s. Just a little TLC would make this app usable. Now it is not.

I have tried the App on my iPhone 8s and my Note 8. Won’t work on either one. Keeps saying “Check your internet connection” on iPhone and won’t load at all on Android.

The app no longer works. I keep getting an error message that says Check your internet connection. I even tried the Fred’s Meds website. It doesn’t work either. It seems they’ve been abandoned.
Can’t log on

The app worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. Now whenever I try to log in it shows “check your internet connection and try again.” There’s nothing wrong with my internet connection, I have no problem with it in any other app. It gets quite frustrating. I’ve ordered my prescriptions on this app for 4 or 5 years and now, all of a sudden, it won’t work.

I have this app solely for the purpose of refilling prescriptions. This option hasn’t worked in months! Time to delete and possibly find a new pharmacy
