Won't play on older devices – Absentia Episode 2 Review

I have this episode on two devices. On my iPhone it gives the narration but no picture (more accurately a snow-screen, like on an old analogue tv, with the picture squished into the top 1/8inch), and on my iPod a flickering film but no sound (yes, the sound works for other games). So, although I found Episode 1 promising, I can't say the same about Episode 2.
