Great App,waiting for the new version! – RTiPanel Review

I've been a programmer for RTI, Crestron, URC and Control 4 for 5 years now and I've been using this app everyday in my home since its release. Everyone should know that IF YOU are having issues, that it could be WIFI (network) related, it could also be the way the programmer set it up. I've had service calls where other companies didn't know the correct way to setup the RTIPanel system and programmed like a stand alone remote. I encourage you to call the AV company who installed it and demand they fix all your issues, whether its your WAPs, or programming. Don't just blame the manufacture because an installer didn't do his job correctly. This isn't a Logitech product, RTI is very good at addressing any and all issues that arise on their end.
