Armed Robbery – HotelsByMe.com - Hotels and Hotel Reservations Review

Maybe not armed, but definitely robbery. Using this app will connect you with a Company that promised me a refund when they happily Cancelled a reservation from my account. I communicated very clearly and simply with the "customer service" (if you can call her that) on the phone that if there would be any confusion with my money being returned that I would keep the reservation. She promised more than once that the money would be back in my account within 24 hours. It is not TWO WEEKS AND SIX PHONE CALLS LATER. I have still not received my money and my bank assures me that they have in no way sent them confirmation of the refund. Long story short. This company is a thief and using their app would be a epically tremendous fail. Thanks for stealing from me because that is what you have done so far.
