Useless – INFINITI Connection® Review

Doesn't recognize VIN when typed in, only picks up 6 digits when using camera/barcode option, get to the next screen and I was asked to upload a picture of the car or to call Infiniti to validate ownership, uploaded 3 photos no luck... Called Infiniti no help... Without this app working the car won't connect so Ivan download apps etc... The in touch system was a selling point of the car however without this app it's nothing more that a touchscreen radio.
