Phishing Scam? – Free Live Weather Clock Pro Review

I did not download this app, nor did I click a URL directing me to, then suddenly I had an email that an unknown device had used MY APPLE ID to download this app. ...And whaddya know, there it was downloaded onto my ipad as well. Something very fishy (or do I mean "phishy") is going on with this one.
