Advertisement ruined this app – WorldPulse Earth Weather Clouds & Temperature Review

The huge add banner at the top is so annoying it takes your attention off the app! You pay $3.99 for the app, and get bombarded with adds. Then they want MORE money for in app purchases. This review is for the iPhone 4S on iOS 7.0.3 Zero stars for the deceptive app.
