Upgrade – FireFighters Fighting Fire – The 911 Emergency Fireman and police free game Review

Bought upgrade..but didn't receive the new places..just firemen. That's a rip off for $20. And still don't understand how you're supposed to get hearts for "saving a life"? Isn't that what you do every time you get somebody on the game. If this was figured out I would give a higher rating because my son loves the game, but I hate how nothing really works on it
