Questionable results with IP units – TLV ToolBox Review

Tested pipe sizing by velocity on a small unit heater I'm designing. 70 psig 120 lb/hr 6000 fps max 500 ft Result: Steam temp = -316 deg F 1/8" nps pipe 497 fps dP=3043 psi I imagine the negative steam temp is a big part of the problem, but the pressure drop massively exceeding the pressure is big cause for concern too. I'll hold on to the app for a couple weeks to see if they release an update.
