Can't really rate it yet – Three Wolf Moon™ HowlTone Generator Review

I downloaded it, and there's no sound! I try my name upper case and lower. I suspect I would rate it 1,2, or 3 stars. I have downloaded it multiple time. Still no sound. But I kinda understand. I have an older version of iPod.
