A very unsatisfactory app – Outbreak 2 - Contain or Spread? Review

The controls are next to unresponsive. The only possible way to intercept the ICBMs and the infected planes is to zoom in almost completely, and sometimes even that doesn't work! I highly regret wasting $0.99 on the app! Major changes are highly recommended to significantly improve gameplay.
