New version crashes after 3 seconds – Beam Light Free Review

The new update with the brightness control repeatedly crashes after opening. Led light lights up (dimly) for 3 seconds then the app crashes and closes. The screen only shows "beam light" at the bottom and no controls appear to turn off/on or brighten/don the light or any other options. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! I NEED MY FLASHLIGHT AGAIN. Thanks.
