no app support! – iPresents - #1 Fun way to organize your shopping Review

I do love this app, and this is my third year using it. However, I must have used a different password the last time I exited the app, because now I can't get back in! I've tried reaching out to app support, but it basically doesn't exist! One commenter on this thread indicated that he/she was the developer and could help with this problem, but there is no way to contact them. Really bummed!
