Almost Ready – Space Golf Free Review

Okay, so I kind of like this mini-golf game with the space theme. The design is nice but could use some polish. Platforms could use some colorful eye-candy like electrical lightning effects, neon light-bars, spiral galaxies and black holes to put that ball in. Backgrounds are fine but not inspiring. Gameplay is good but ball physics are still pretty rough and need some serious fine-tuning. The piano score if you want to call it that is enormously repetitious and insanity inducing. Seriously, add some sci-fi sound effects, an ambient space soundscape, and possibly a psy-trance soundtrack you can turn on or off, or better yet, allow players to use their own music library and you will have a fun space based mini-golf game. The ball as they say, is in your court.
