PC Troubleshooter – Computer Troubleshooting Review

This app starts by assuming that all is well before the operating system is loaded. What if your BIOS was giving a beep code or your PC was not booting right after the power was turned on. The app needs to start at the beginning and build from there. Not from, what OS you are using. It is a very good start on a good application idea.
