I paid for content and didn't get it – Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Manual Review

I paid the 1.99 but the app still prompts me to pay everytime I want to see the rational to a question. There is also no way to contact the developer. If this app worked after paying it would be great but it doesn't so don't waste your time and money.
