Credible? – World Puzzles -Maps and Facts for Learners Review

Do you have a restore option for the in-app purchases, or do you make buyers repurchase the US and Canada for 1.99 and 99 cents which is not at all credible? I will buy apps from developers who allow restores. I will delete apps from developers who recharge for the SAME product.
