Good, but missing a feature I need – Smart OCR - Instant Translation & Search Review

My main use for this app is translating English text to Traditional Chinese. Unfortunately, it doesn't have the ability to speak the resulting Chinese, or if it does, I haven't figured out how to do it. No luck reaching the developer for help.
