App update frozen – QR Code Reader - QuickMark Barcode Scanner Review

I clicked the update and it froze completely. Now it's been sitting for two weeks saying "waiting". It won't allow a delete. I've tried all the remedies I can find. Nothing works. And when trying to submit this review, they are blocking negative ratings..
