Works but can't install chord pack – Chord Detector - Guitar, Ukulele, Banjo Review

The basic function works but I have been unable to make an in app purchase of the additional Ike chord pack. I tried several times and even contacted the developer via their web form but have got no response. It's a shame they can't be bothered to assist an existing customer buy more functionality.
