Too Basic to be useful for serious transcription

I am a working professional jazz musician who has experience transcribing songs. I bought this app out of curiosity, just to see how accurate it is. I selected a basic three chord 1-4-5 blues progression in Am. It detected the basic chords mostly correctly, but failed 100% of the time if any coloration was added. It will detect an Am played in the first position, but will not detect an Am6 played in the 5th. It will detect a first position Dm, but will transcribe a 10th position Dm6 as a first position Dm. For dominant 7 chords, it transcribed them as 1st position major. Verdict: may be useful for beginning players trying to learn very basic, first position folk songs; useless for serious transcription because it does not accurately detect chord extensions, slash chords or chords above the 3rd position.

Well done ...I was so impressed with this app...I decided to take some time and add my review...I admit I was skeptical at first because may apps confess that they cay listen to a song and pull out the chords but few are up to the task...I tested it on a few of my songs on my ipad and it was accurate most of the time....for a chords beginner like me it vas very helpful it not only pulls out the chords but displays it on the screen in time with the playback so u can play along with the track....I'm very satisfied with this product so far ..good job guys please continue updating and tweaking to perfection

The basic function works but I have been unable to make an in app purchase of the additional Ike chord pack. I tried several times and even contacted the developer via their web form but have got no response. It's a shame they can't be bothered to assist an existing customer buy more functionality.

Everything was working perfectly until I downloaded the update. Now instead of chords I get an empty screen while the song is playing.

Won't load a single song to chart chords

No matter what the source is, no song is completed. Wifi or hard wired to Internet makes no difference. Have been trying for last 5 hours. No success.
