Free flight time change.. i guess not – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

I had covid 3 days before my flight, so i had to change my flight date, they told me that the change or cancellation is the same thing. They refunded me the money but will charge me 190$ to rebook. What a great scam!!
