They let you book a hotel but there is not availability at all

I called hotel to check in and there were no rooms available at all, fully booked but Expedia had processed a reservation anyways leaving me to fight to get my money back on my banks end because they are unresponsive to answer calls or email scam.

Really squeaky bed, we had to figure out that the toilet handle needs to be pulled up for it to stop running. We asked for 1 king bed and got 2 queens, but that’s really not that big of a deal. The guy up at the front desk was one of the rudest clerks I’ve ever met at a hotel. When we first called to ask where the free shuttle is he wouldn’t let me finish asking when he said “terminal 1 ground 0, blah blah.” Which isn’t very straight forward. Took us forever to find it but that’s okay. It’s by where the paid shuttles and limos are. The female clerk that helped us was really nice though. Other than that, it’s clean. The hotel floors and shower are brand new and pretty nice. It’s fairly close to the strip and took 10 minutes to walk there. Three stars is about what it’s worth.

Do not buy the insurance on Expedia!!!! It is a waste of money!!!! I purchased airlines tickets 4 months prior and the airlines just changed my return flight 2 weeks from my trip and Expedia could care less! Plus they advised me wrong how to handle it and they cost me $3,200 because now I can’t take the trip and the airlines will only give me credit! Avoid this worthless travel site and book through the airlines direct. They won’t help you!

Booked a rental car through this so called company. Got to the rental location. They did find my name we believe but spelled wrong (Todd) real hard name. The last name was correct. The rental company did not have any cars available, not even upgrade or down grade. Made a real wonderful family vacation. This company should be shut down because once you start reading their reviews I’m not sure why anyone would want to use them.

I rented a hotel through Expedia and they ended up charging me for an extra night. When I pointed this out to them and clearly showed them my receipts and payments, they simply told me I was wrong and started ignoring my emails. Don’t bother with this app. Just book directly through the hotel, it is the same price and you lose the hassle of dealing with this garbage third party company.

I have been calling to customer service for a long time ago and they never answer. I have been trying to make a reservation and it doesn’t go through….

Terrible! Just terrible I had to cancel my reservation at a hotel because it didn’t tell me check in was at 2am as I’m traveling cross country, and they WONT refund me my 100$ don’t let them steal from you contact your bank and let them know it’s fraud!
I love the ease of use and customer service has been very helpful when needed thank you
