No customer support – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

Expedia doesn’t have customer support anymore. The “Virtual Agent” is telling me incorrect information. In “your upcoming bookings” it shows flights from 2 years ago. I can not receive a refund for a cancelled flight.
