Good app. But needs this: – Zillow Real Estate & Rentals Review

Search for properties on market longer than X amount of days. For example, i want to see properties on the market longer than 90 days (greater than or equal to 90 days). This would be valuable to a bargain hunter. Currently you can only search properties on the market up to a certain limit, say 90 days. This includes properties on the market from one day to 90 days.
