very bad app – OfferUp - Buy. Sell. Letgo. Review

i tried to accept my first offer but it was automatically declined because i hadn’t fully set up my account with tax information. you shouldn’t be able to list things without setting that up if the app will just automatically cancel them. please hire ux testers.
