Terrible Customer Service – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

I rented a hotel through Expedia and they ended up charging me for an extra night. When I pointed this out to them and clearly showed them my receipts and payments, they simply told me I was wrong and started ignoring my emails. Don’t bother with this app. Just book directly through the hotel, it is the same price and you lose the hassle of dealing with this garbage third party company.
