They let you book a hotel but there is not availability at all – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

I called hotel to check in and there were no rooms available at all, fully booked but Expedia had processed a reservation anyways leaving me to fight to get my money back on my banks end because they are unresponsive to answer calls or email scam.
